These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of The Long Dog Co LLC's ("The Long Dog Co," "we," "us," or "our") website and booking services.

SMS Terms

The Long Dog Co LLC uses SMS text messaging for customer-care and service-related communications only. Examples include: booking confirmations, scheduling and stay coordination, pickup/drop-off timing, payment reminders, customer support, service updates, and post-stay follow-up.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or reply HELP for help.

Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel any booking and does not prevent us from contacting you through other necessary, non-SMS means (such as email or phone) about your booking or your dog's care.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You can request or complete a booking with us whether or not you opt in to text messages.
